2)记得以前超哥的课程里面有提到过,出差费用最好客户预付。这个工作内容也有出差要求,但我提了预付后,他犹豫了,也不知道该如何预付。我说可以另开一个fixed-income的合同,每次有出差了,就提前支付一个固定金额,以后多退少补。但他觉得还要给平台抽成,不太愿意。这个话题就暂时搁浅。超哥有没有什么方法可以借鉴的?

案例分析的流程
**这个单子投的时候没仔细看,后来发现是BD,我之前没做过BD,但因为行业经验丰富,最后还是面试了我。
如果要让案例分析更有效,建议在每次申请开设新案例时,有一个类似上面我帮你做的“项目和客户分析”。
通过这样的分析,你可以认真梳理客户的真实目标,要求的工作范围,不会错过核心要点。
事实上,这样的工作在你申请项目之前就应该做,也不会出现“没有仔细看”的问题。

任何长期的合同,一开始都是从尝试的小单开始的。
哪怕是没有平台经验的客户,也可以谈。
至于你没有BD经验,如果这在你未来想尝试的范围内,都可以作为一个新的机会。

自由职业者为客户做项目,通常来说,有三种典型的计费模式。
1. 按小时计费
自由度大,按实际花费时间登记即可,通常来说,和客户约定每周的工作范围和常规的工作小时数,设定上限即可,如果有例外则提前报备。
这种方式非常适合BD类的项目。
2. 按固定费率计费
对于有明确工作范围的工作,固定费率是一个很好的选择。
一般来说,新手可以接小额的固定费率任务,老手可以用固定费率接大单。
3. 按retainer付费
可以按周、也可以按月,Upwork也支持这样的方式(按周)。
本质上这是按小时计费的变种,就是约定每周支付给你一定的费用,然后约定你每周承诺的工作范围,有的时候可能会约定你工作承诺的时间数。
这本质上和上班拿工资很类似。
其他奖金、费用
根据实际情况另计。
比如回email,见客户这种。我回答说,email就根据回复内容吧,如果只是1-2行的联络邮件,就不计入了。但是如果是长内容的回复,就计入工时。但总觉得这样回复也不是很专业。有没有什么更好的办法?
别把简单的事情复杂化。
如果是新客户合作,小时计费是最好的方式。当磨合到一定程度之后,可以继续小时计费,也可以改用retainer付费。
客户的这个问题,你最简单的回复方式,是告诉客户,按照实际时间计算。
不要有“1-2行的联络邮件,就不计入了”这样的不专业表达。
你可以询问客户需要你每周工作多久,承诺每周可以为对方留出多少小时的计费时间。

你没有理由为客户垫钱。
如果是通过Upwork,直接通过bonus支付即可。
如果你们还在平台,就必然要给平台抽成。
如果客户变成线下客户,当然可以规避这个问题。
但是,要绕过平台这种事儿,你是万万不能在平台的沟通机制下提的。你也不能让客户抓住你想绕过平台的任何把柄。

关于线下交易,很多有独立接单平台的同学会通过Upwork给自己吸引很多客户,新手慎用。
平台规定,不得绕过平台私下交易。
虽然平台无法100%监控你的行为。
但是,你不能过于嚣张,在平台眼皮底下公然讨论这样的问题。
