3.Unlike most other people who forget to update their progress in time, I have a habit to actively report when anything big or important happens, and I will also report the progress weekly even if clients do not require me to do. This could keep things in a right track and clients would generally be happier 

4.I believe my construction project management experience could benefit your task to build a client portal in real estate industry.
As a building consultant, my daily job is to communicate with many different parties. I coordinated 6 projects at the same time at most. I am required to work with different parties such as clients, designers, architects, contractors, building professionals, operators, etc; and make sure the projects could meet the deadlines.

proposal第2段是說明我對這APP的投入度（雖然故事沒有舉栗子，是因為沒有直接相關的栗子可舉）

proposal第3段是說明我願意溝通，不會令他有之前freelancer突然失蹤沒有了溝通的狀態

proposal第4段是提出我在建築行業的相關經驗，希望這樣對他來說會是一個獨特的賣點

再查看工作的話發現他正在面試3人，而我也是其中一位。 以下是我們的對話：

这个客户的总体评分在4.47，略有点低，对于新手来说还是有一些风险。

一般来说，对于新手，如果客户分数更高一点会更好。

客户对于不同项目，费率可以有很大不同，因此一项目一议，针对项目分析很重要。

這裏我有一個疑問為什麼在我寫完投出時他收到的proposal會變成少於5份？收到的proposal減少了

不用纠结这样的问题，可能的原因也许是那个时间点正好有人撤回了。

现在我看到是10-15人。

看他發佈的工作他應該是Agency 來的吧

这个可写可不写，因为还有更重要的问题需要提。

但写了也么有太大的麻烦。

1. 你没有回应的数据库经验问题

2. 你提供的notion模版别人根本看不了

这是没有考虑到客户需求，失误的地方。

当然，因为你有房地产的经验，你也确实有notion的经验，客户已经感兴趣了，也直接给了你详细的要求。

Agency是赚差价的，他要帮自己的客户搞定这个任务。作为Agency客户来说，他们会选择的，一定是能全部搞定问题的人。

什么时候会选择愿意学习的人呢，是实在没有选择的时候。

看看有多少人能做notion，看看他们掌握了哪些技能，拿过哪些单子。。。

当客户的目标和需求已经很清楚的时候，你和这个客户说自己是new learner，那么，基本上就等于承认自己缺乏database经验了。

在这个时候，你应该做的，是去找一个notion的专家，去请教评估这个项目的难度，或者花时间去进一步学习data integratiion的基础，无论是自己搞定，还是外包搞定、合作搞定，你需要搞定。

你不用着急要拿下这个项目，而是应该去想这个问题应该如何能解决。

当然，你后面提出的alternative small tasks，是值得肯定的，但这对于终端用户的沟通时会更有意义。

在拿单成长的过程中，我们要做的，是实力成长，实力一部分体现在针对客户信息的回应上，你能拿到面试，拿到业务。接下来，进一步的挑战，是如何学习、如何搞定项目。
