显示Private的工作要分两种情况。
一种是客户出于保密的需求，隐藏了信息不对外公开。
另一种是Private Talent Cloud，就是你的提问中提到的。
A Talent Cloud network is an Upwork Enterprise client’s private group of professional freelancers and agencies. Hiring managers sometimes prefer to engage freelancers and agencies who have experience working with their company, and typically search their network first.
另外，想知道这个Private Talent Cloud需要谁才能邀请呢？还是平台会发邀请函？
邀请方式和现在你接触到的方式是完全相同的。
和公开邀请不同的是，Private Talent Cloud是已经把你收藏的一部分企业客户。
收藏的前提是他们之前已经和你有过合作，或者主动搜索到你，从根本上来说，你的Profile和Proposal的提升至关重要，这也是我反复强调要对Profile持续回顾，Proposal不断提升的原因。
The only way you can gain access is by being hired by certain Enterprise clients. You don’t miss much if you are not in a talent cloud, it is just a place where Enterprise clients “store” their favourite freelancers and from time to time post jobs to the talent cloud.
这样的机会并不是单独的某一个社群，而是每一个企业客户的私有人才库。
你需要获得特定客户的企业客户雇佣之后才有机会获得这样的业务。
一般来说，这样的企业客户的特点是付费总金额高，业务频次高，喜欢收藏并使用长期自由职业者，但费率高低并不好说。
这也是我在课程中说到的“冰山下的机会”。
做好自己的Profile持续更新，Proposal持续优化，积累足够优质的案例，争取尽快渡过入门期。
至于是不是Private Talent Cloud并不重要。
