各种类型的设计师，其实有很多的在线工作机会，在家工作，不仅可以扩大到全国市场，还可以到全球市场。
前两天，有位重庆的设计师告诉我，他尝试过各种机会，但是，报酬一直是个头疼的问题，小时费率一直上不去，他能找到的工作，往往折算下来一小时还不到100块钱，甚至不到50块钱，很灰心。
今天，让我们来看看小J的故事。

2010年上海外国语大学本科毕业，英语语言和文学专业，
2013年美国德州大学硕士毕业，营销管理专业，

» Gave directions on design concepts, colors, layouts to execute visual assets for all of our consumer and client touch points (digital and print), including websites, display ads, social media, brochures, flyers, catalogs, etc.
» Assisted in the design of all marketing materials as well as photography and video editing
» Maintained creative asset library to enable simple searching and sharing of assets across business channels and with external partners
» Effectively built decks incorporating provided copy into presentation layouts, including pricing sheets, sales reports, investor pitches, etc.
» Kept company’s wordpress websites up-to-date with news, images, promotions, and more
» Executed and managed trade shows including logistics, budgeting, content development, scheduling, creative themes and social media strategies
» Collaborated with KOLs on social media to create attention-getting, smart content and campaign strategies
2016年11月开始，在跨境自由职业平台起步接单，最早的三个项目分别是处理图片、制作infographic、修改indesign设计。
在跨境自由职业平台平台，早期的小时费率基本在$30-35/hr，但采用小时费率计价的项目不多，大部分为固定费率。经过2017年的磨合，小时费率在2018年涨到$85/hr，2019年继续涨价到$85/hr，然后计费模式更多采用了小时费率。
高费率的项目主要需求有（我这里统计85美金/小时费率的项目，项目金额从数百美金到数千美金不等）
