Ash花了半年时间，通过Upwork验证自己的方向，拿到了九个项目。
前期五个是专门做医疗行业的宣传视频，最近几个月专门主攻电子邮件营销。
从承接项目的集中度来看，每个阶段有自己的重点。
按照目前他的行动来看，想必，他认为电子邮件营销更适合自己，也更有发展潜力。
在我看来，电子邮件营销的市场空间确实更大，项目更多，费率上涨的潜力也要大很多。
Ash有两项能快速变现的技能， 对于创业来讲是非常有利的。
学习视频编辑并不难，学习具体的电子邮件营销工具的操作也并不难。
但要真正精通这两项技能，真正为客户带来效果，你需要更多的，是营销的知识，和实战的经验。
对于一个计算机专业背景的同学来说，这些知识和经验在大学阶段一般是碰不到的。
他的自我介绍中，也缺乏2017-2020年的经历，我们无从判断他做过哪些工作。
也许，刚毕业的这三年，他曾经从事过医疗领域的工作，曾经帮公司做过电子邮件营销，曾经使用过Klaviyo。
当你曾经在一个新领域付出过百来个小时的时间，积累过一定的经验，你往往就能比很多人专业。

那么，引起疑问的，实际是他的学习时间和工作时间，再继续查证他的网站，就发现了他实际可能的工作背景。
但是客户证言中，尤其说到相比他们之前的email marketers，Ash对email marketing有非常深入的理解，甚至随便拨弄几下就让转化率有了明显的提高。
那这是因为他确实在邮件营销上有能力，还是其他marketers太菜？作为一个新手，感觉不太可能一上来就有这个能力。
应该之前确实也在这个行业有所积累吧。
做电话咨询，找出问题，解决问题。作为一个新手，感觉还是很难做到的。
无论什么时候，不要盲目相信自称的一些东西。
带着质疑的精神去查一些数据和事实，会得出更有价值的结论，而不被误导。
我并没有否认他的接单能力，以及他的文案能力和电子邮件营销的能力。
但如果暂时查证不到的东西，就只能猜测。
我们可以学习的，是他的选择方向的路径，业务的定位，文案的说服力，网站销售页面的制作，等等。
邮件营销，我只能推测之前有一定的经验，但多少经验，我们并不清楚，我在文中有关于这一段的表述。
但作为一个计算机专业的学生，毕业之后只有三年时间，要转型做营销，积累各类经验，也是非常大的挑战。
问题是，他在三年后的一系列操作，还是比较顺利的。
关于客户证言说的，我不知道具体情况，不会妄加评论，但我想提醒的是，在很多领域，有的自由职业者并没有什么经验，也能得到早期客户的五星好评。
事实上，有很多的专业领域，哪怕你掌握了80%的基础知识，并不需要花过多的时间，也能解决很多常见的基础问题。这也是我常常说，只要你比身边的人强一些，就可能有机会。
一般来说，假如自由职业者之前有很强的专业背景，没有理由不专门写出来，给自己背书的。
当然，他不可能什么都不会就硬上。
