比如，对方仅用了3年半的时间获得了40+万美金的收入，并借助Upwork作为重要的接单渠道，并把业务外包。

费率除了2019年的少量小时费用低价之外，基本上用固定费率接单，到2020年，很快就转向了稳定的60美金/小时。

网站设计一直是大单的集中地。

因为，网站是很多企业的业务系统主要承载的工具，企业愿意为此投资。

至于费率高低，有10-20美金/小时的，有35-50美金/小时，也有100-200美金/小时，这是定位的问题。

作为新手，低价位接也没有问题，而且也应该接低价位的单子。

在自由职业平台拿差评是很正常的事情。

但当你的接单量到足够多的程度，很多差评也会被稀释。

另外，如果你要成为agency领导者，你的价值更多在于管理。

任何的服务拆解了之后都不复杂。

任何的业务系统解构了之后本质都是一样的。

关键的问题在于节奏和积累。

• xintong的profile有足够多的项目（200多个），积累了40+多万美金，有多项变现的技能领域。
• 他构建了一个完整的独立业务系统，但把主要的业务来源依然放在Upwork，大大降低了获得业务的成本

能做出同样技术实现的人很多，但要拿到足够多业务的人并不多。

建议在解决技术问题和生意发展这两个基本点上，做到协同的平衡。
